Very technical. I loved the process they followed. Best company. I loved working with them. Interviewers were very technical as well. I interviewed with a Partner. The way they explained their strategic approaches was a great learning lesson. I never felt it was like an interview.

Cons: When IBM decided it was time to return to the office, they developed a blanket policy. There were no considerations about the actual job performed and the need to be in the office.
