Pros: Very healthy work environment. You learn a lot, they give you many opportunities for you to grow, and they care a lot about you. The bosses seem like your colleagues, so there isn't that "toxic" relationship like in other companies. It's excellent to start if you're looking for a job after finishing university.
Cons: Some projects are not remote, and the pay is good at first, but it doesn't increase much after a while.
