Java Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

I applied through campus recruiting. They sent me an online assessment (OA), which was a 3-hour, video-on, behavior and technical OA.

Then they scheduled a video interview for me. They use HireVue, a company that provides a video interview platform, but HireVue is so hard to use. I couldn't pass the connection test at home, and campus Wi-Fi was still not good enough for a smooth connection.

After the interview, they told me I had positive feedback. However, their recruiting cycle for this year had concluded. Such a bad experience.
