First, an online technical interview, followed by a telephonic interview. The last round was managerial.
They selected people even when the program was compiled but not executed. Questions covered Spring, Hibernate, and basic collections, Comparator, and Comparable.
The recruiting HR is very approachable. The manager round is more like an HR round, focusing on salary discussion.
