Pros: The company offers many benefits and has a wide range of training and partnerships, in addition to allowing you to interact with people from all over the world.
Career path and constant feedback.
Cons: In the consulting part, there is still much to improve, mainly to better support employees who are at client sites. Seek improvement in the managerial part, as there are many managers who are well below expectations, which hinders someone's evolution. Salary below market and very bureaucratic promotions.
