The first round of the interview happened 30 minutes from the scheduled time. I got a call from HR asking to drop off as the panel member was unavailable. After 30 minutes, she called again asking if I could join, and I did.
Later, she called saying that I had cleared the first round. I was asked to submit the documents for further proceeding and to be available the whole day as the PDM round would happen.
Hours later, I called the HR regarding an update, and she informed me that I’m kept on hold. I further inquired, and she told me, “The panel got confused with the name.”
After receiving all the documents and clearing the rounds, this is so unprofessional and unexpected from a well-reputed company.
