Process
I applied for the role with IBM back in August. I did not hear from them again until last month.
I had to reschedule the interview due to not hearing from them for over a month, and then they tried to schedule me for a last-minute interview the day before it was to occur. The interview was rescheduled to another date.
When I arrived on the rescheduled interview day, the interviewer was a no-show. It was a complete waste of time.
