Just like other companies, they will ask you to take an examination as part of the hiring process.
After passing the basic examination, I was asked if I had knowledge in Advanced Java Programming.
They made me take another test for advanced Java before proceeding to the interview the next day.
The interview was hard, really difficult, because they asked a lot of questions that were not really related to the position. Maybe they were just testing my communication skills, but the questions were way too hard for me to answer. It was as if I were in a pageant answering the Q&A portion.
If you had the chance to change one major problem in the country, what would it be?
How would you change it?
