Process
I was given a tour of the facility and interviewed with several different managers and engineers.
I was also taken to lunch.
I gave a presentation of my prior work and had several props. I even gave one prop to my host engineer; he loved it so much.
This facility had 10,000 employees, so a typical 2.5-hour interview lasted 4 hours.
It was its own city with a dozen buildings, all in close proximity.
Questions
They asked me to explain how I would go about solving a problem with some equipment, keeping in mind that every hour down cost thousands of dollars.
