Pros: Got a good manager and team members who have good professional ethics, and so the work environment is very friendly.
Liked the way how IBM encourages everyone to create a good atmosphere at the workplace through regular mandatory courses.
Cons: Sometimes there would be work at odd times due to urgent issues which rise at a place with a different timezone.
