I've never seen a recruiter with so much ill will as the one who handled my process.

She doesn't provide feedback on the progress, nor does she inform me if I've advanced to the next stage or not.

She also refuses to send the benefits by message.

Pros: I really like having the flexibility to work from home, in addition to always having better hours than other office workers. I like that they give at least 12 days of vacation per year.

Cons: They are very bureaucratic. You only have one week to plan your vacation for the next 3 months. Furthermore, if you need a computer with better features, it's very difficult to get it changed. It's very difficult to get promoted (salary increase); they ask for quite a few extra things from your job.
