I recently applied for a position at IBM in the Krakow offices and wanted to share my experience with the application process. Unfortunately, my interaction with the HR department has been quite frustrating.
Following a positive initial interview with an IBM engineer, I was advised to contact the recruiter for further details on the next steps. Despite numerous attempts via phone calls and messages, I received no response.
In my persistence to seek clarification, I even tried reaching out through alternative channels, such as the recruiter's business email, only to encounter the same unresponsiveness.
Regrettably, it has been nearly two months since my initial interview, and I have yet to receive any feedback or acknowledgment. This lack of communication has been disheartening and has left me with a negative impression of the application process.
