Process
I submitted an application, and the next day, I received an assessment. This was followed by a recruiter scheduling an interview for the following week.
The interview went well. A Senior Software Engineer and a QA Manager were present. We chatted back and forth. I reached out today about my application but received no response. Upon checking my application profile, I saw a rejection with no explanation or reply to my email. It seems I was ghosted.
