Quality Assurance Lead Interview Experience - Toronto, Canada

Process

Applied online. Some days after, I received a link to the technical interview. It was not indicated that available dates for an interview were requested. The interview started abruptly. While I understand the importance of diving into the technical details of the project, I believe a brief introduction or small talk at the beginning could have provided a more comfortable atmosphere for both parties. This initial connection could help set a positive tone for the conversation.

The interview took one hour, and after some days, an email was received asking for feedback on the interview process. I was not sent an email informing me that I was not selected for the position.
