Pros: Good salary, health plan, and the VA/VR (meal/food voucher) value were above market rate.
Cons: Mid-level and senior analysts are discarded, with junior analysts being put in leadership roles. The company is extremely focused on the cloud, even when the project did not intend to use the technology.
