It was actually smooth till the HR contacted me for the offering in the final step. They asked me for a payslip, and when I asked them if it was mandatory, they said no; it was just for their market knowledge. So, I didn't send it.
In the same meeting, they told me the money I asked for in the beginning of the process was too much. They made a way-less offer, but I accepted because I really wanted the job and wanted to join IBM!!
One day later, they told me I was rejected because the money I asked for was too much!!!!! The same amount of money they offered me 1 day earlier!!!!!!
