Pros: Mediu de lucru plăcut, program flexibil (însemnând că nu ești constant urmărit dacă ești on sau nu pe Slack; dacă îți faci treaba și nu lipsești cu orele, e bine).
Beneficii prin reduceri la multe magazine, lifestyle, mâncare etc.
Cons: - fara bonuri de masă.
- Media de vârstă a echipei este de 30+, deci dacă ești student sau la începutul anilor 20, s-ar putea să nu te acomodezi dacă dorești prieteni la muncă.
- HR foarte lent.
