Process
The interview process consisted of three technical rounds and one managerial round, which was the deciding factor for the offer. The HR department seemed to be in a hurry to complete the interview process. They proceeded with the technical interviews even though they knew I had a notice period to serve at my current company. After clearing the technical rounds, during the managerial round, the manager cited my notice period as a significant issue. It felt as though either HR or the HR manager had a lot of time to waste. Please do not waste others' time.
