The first round was technical and conducted via Zoom interview.
The interviewer's behavior was unprofessional.
It's common sense that if the other person turns on their camera, you should too. After I answered all the questions, they asked if I was looking at my mobile phone. You didn't share your video; where was I supposed to look while thinking? Just an empty black screen isn't helpful for focusing. Some common sense is needed.
Not a good experience, to be honest.
