Senior Java Developer Interview Experience - Bauru, Brazil
Process
After a long time without contact, I was approached via WhatsApp by someone who identified themselves as the client's account PMO.
The contact was unilateral, with no response to my messages, just an invitation to talk to the client.
The conversation with the client was direct, with few questions.
The truly negative point, however, was the delay in contact after the conversation with HR and the complete lack of empathy shown by the PMO.
