The interview process was quick, taking two weeks. I was interviewed for two projects.

It started with an online test, a technical round, and a technical-managerial round.

For the first project, I was not selected in the PDM round. The recruiter told me that they had one more opening, so I interviewed for that, going through the same rounds as before. I went to the office for the last round, which was the PDM.

I was selected in the last round. Then, after one week, a final HR discussion call happened.

Since that day, I have been following up with HR. Initially, they responded, but now there is no response. I clearly told them my LWD and they agreed, but I guess they do not want to move forward with my profile.

PS: If you have a 3-month NP, it is really difficult to get a job.
