Pros: IBM Egypt is a great place to gain extensive professional experience.
Being part of such a large, global company allowed me to work across different industries and develop a wide range of skills. The exposure to major clients and projects was invaluable for my career growth.
Cons: Compensation is not as competitive as it could be compared to the market. Additionally, the work environment can sometimes feel too serious, with a noticeable lack of fun or engaging activities that could help boost morale and strengthen team spirit.
