I received a call from an IBM recruiter for a face-to-face interview. I cleared all rounds on the same day. They forwarded me some forms to fill out along with all the necessary documents and stated the offer letter would be released soon. I followed up with the recruiter, but they did not reply to my calls or emails. After 45 days, I received an email from IBM stating that the position had been filled and they could not proceed with my profile. They were wasting my time. Please do not depend on the IBM interview process. Candidates are kept on hold, and the HR department does not bother to reply. It was a very bad experience with IBM.
