Cons: Don't waste your time; this is not a real IBM, but a resource company of IBM GBS. * Experienced people will lose their experience due to bureaucracy and project limitations. My manager told me that I cannot help my colleagues because this is not a client delivery. * Without experience, there is no one to teach you (also see the previous point). * No pension. * Flexible working space is not implemented but declared. Be prepared for the fact that the monitor from your working place will be stolen. * Tons of lies – everything they promised me during the hiring interview about the project was a lie. * It is not possible to change a project. If you are assigned to a "shitty" project, there is only one way to change it: say goodbye. * The manager is not working on the same project as you. This means that he cannot solve any of your problems.

Pros: Great place to work environment.

Cons: Time-demanding work and overtimes.
