Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
This happened to me at the IBM Bannerugatta office, next to Shoppers Stop. They made me wait for an endless amount of time. When I pestered the receptionist numerous times, she called the HR and the panel.
The process really sucks. I waited 4.5 hours for a 12-minute interview. They asked me five flat questions and said they were done.
