Very bad experience with the interview process.

I received a call from a recruiter. After a week, they asked me to come for an interview. The rounds were as follows:

1. Online test
2. Two face-to-face rounds
3. HR round

After completing all these rounds, they took my thumbprints and all required documents from me.

After 20 days, they informed me, "We are in the process of internal approvals. We will provide you with an offer in two weeks." After another 10 days, they simply drafted an email stating, "We are not able to process your candidature further."
