Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Chennai, India
Process
The interview process was nice. There were three rounds:
- A written test.
- A technical round.
- A manager's round.
Once you successfully complete the manager's round, you have to appear for a communication round. If you pass this round, you will receive a call from HR to submit your documents and receive your offer letter and joining date. Once onboard, the process will start. You will then be at IBM once background verification is cleared. This typically takes 3 weeks to complete.
