Process
Applied on the IBM portal.
Received a call from the recruitment team after a couple of months, and interviews were scheduled for the following week.
Three rounds of interviews:
- Tech
- Manager
- Director
The tech round went on for an hour, followed by the manager round, which took another 30 minutes. The director round was on the same day.
I guess the director round happens only if you clear the tech and manager rounds, to finalize the offer.
Received an offer letter the following week.
