Process
First, you have a phone interview, in which we filter on basic general knowledge and set expectations about the work environment.
Then, we have two technical interviews with senior developers and team leaders. In these interviews, the candidate is tested on code understanding, design, and implementation.
The next interview is with the target manager and the R&D manager.
The last two interviews are with the site manager and HR.
