Process
The first round was an online test. After that, I had to wait three hours for the second round, as HR was searching for a technical panel for the interview. They found only one person, and after that, they again started searching for a manager for the next round. The process was not well-organized.
They released an offer that was very low compared to my expectations, and they didn't even discuss the offer before releasing it.
