Pros: It is not what you would expect. You would expect like big, super bureaucratic, slow, etc. However, it is not. You would be amazed if you check all the achievements in the IT industry. I am 100% sure there are departments where no one ever knows what those guys are doing, but I put that on the pros. A big ocean company, so you can switch many teams across the entire globe! It matches 100% to 401K up to 5% of your salary. Yes, you can retire from IBM. (It may be seen as a con as well, but there are people with 30+ years in IBM with a lot of experience, and you may not trust other tech giants for your lifetime). Yes, it has a female CEO, one step ahead in gender equality compared to other tech giants.

Cons: - Salaries are on the low side of the current market for software people. - Still a profitable company, but much lower compared to other tech giants.

Pros: Very good work-life balance.

Cons: No salary increment since two years.

Pros: Work-life balance is exceptional. Colleagues are experienced. Job security.

Cons: Hard work is recognized, but not always rewarded as well as it could be. Very client-led development, which can come at the cost of innovation.
