Pros: Lot of resources to learn and good support when it comes to patenting, writing blogs, etc.
Cons: Employees are asked to manage everything – work on hackathons, write blogs, etc., along with delivering actual work items. This can disrupt work-life balance. The hike is not good.

Pros: A lot of training is available online and in the classroom.
You have the option to change your role at any time.
You can learn more with stretch assignments.
It is easy to connect with the leaders.
A lot of talented people are around.
Cons: Hikes were very less. GDP was given 50-60% max during my tenure.
Lot of processes needed to be followed. Being part of the product division, there was no onsite.
