I went for an interview at IBM Noida on December 15th, 2018.
First of all, the recruiter (on IBM's payroll) did not provide the Job Description (JD).
Upon reaching the venue, I learned from other candidates that they were looking for someone with experience in implementing SIEM tools at customer locations. However, all candidates present at the venue had worked as SIEM Analysts/Admins.
People traveled from other cities like Chandigarh, but the recruiters didn't seem to care.
IBM recruitment/operations team: Please start preparing JDs and share them with candidates before inviting them for an interview.
