Process
The interview process was straightforward, consisting of three stages.
The first interview was with HR.
The second was with a Manager and Architects, focusing on technical and knowledge-based topics.
The third interview was for the offer with the UK HR team.
The interviews were not overly in-depth, with IBM's objective being to understand my approach to work and assess my proficiency in recent Cloud and DevOps technologies.

Pros: Good benefits packages. Good paid leave policies for FMLA and child birth.
Overall a nice place to work, although it likely depends on direct, mid-level management.
Cons: Big company. Lots of bureaucracy to deal with. If you have good management around you, it’s great; if not, it can be exhausting.

Pros: Nothing. Since joining till date, I haven't observed a single positive sign. Management always tries to protect their seat and will throw you out of IBM irrespective of how you perform. There's a lot of communication gap with management and HR. PTOs are a joke. If you lick your boss's shoe, you will be able to utilize your PTO to the fullest.
Cons: You need to lick your manager's shoes always to get promotions. Otherwise, it's hard to survive.
There is no HR system in place to raise concerns on working hours and office premises.
Bonus is a joke and HR is invisible.
Unrealistic goals to achieve.
Management without technical knowledge will decide your future in IBM.
All these managers can't survive outside, and I see most of the managers working in IBM for 20-30 years.
If there is any zero star, I will give it.

Pros: Relaxed environment, flexible management, and good work-life balance.
Cons: Things are not run very well. Layoffs and redeployments are happening everywhere. They are stingy with raises and bonuses.
