Pros: Flexible work timings. Some of the teams use the latest technology stacks, which are very useful for improving your skills. You can gain good experience in a short span of time.
Cons: Can do better in showing open positions inside IBM more clearly, so that we can apply for the roles and teams in which we have interest.

Pros: It's a government job. You won't have to do much. Full balance in life as there's not enough work.
