Pros: Working culture and being friends with each other.

Cons: We are expecting cab facility for IBM employees.

Pros: Very good to work for.

Cons: Nothing much as of now.

Pros: 1. Work from home, which actually means no work at all, as people take the work-from-home option on vacations without doing any work. 2. Come and go anytime you want. 3. So, if you are married and just want a decent amount of salary without much headache of work and releases, then IBM is best for you.

Cons: 1. You will get relaxed here and won't be able to adjust in other companies in the future, as you will lose the capability of doing hard work. 2. Nothing is free except water. Not even tea and coffee. It somehow affects me, though it is not that costly. 3. And I believe that work 3-4 people do here can easily be done by 1 hardworking person with, obviously, more salary. 4. Salary is less even in ISL (System Labs) and leave GBS, which has even lower. Real case: People with 5-7 years of experience in IBM earn less than what others (like me) with 3 years of experience get at other good organizations.
