It was such a good experience in the interview. IBM came to my campus for recruiting. There were 3 rounds.
First was the aptitude round, which was easy.
Next was the personality assessment round.
The next was the HR and technical round, both in one.
I'm proud to be a part of IBM.

Pros: The entire joining process was very smooth, and the senior managers on the projects are very polite and helpful.
There are many benefits provided to employees for their work flexibility and to become comfortable.
Good platform for learning skills and self-improvement.
Cons: No cons noticed so far.

Pros: It's a government job. You won't have to do much. Full balance in life as there's not enough work.
Cons: It's a government job.
You won't learn much and eventually get obsolete, just like the company.
