Pros: I joined IBM India Software Labs right after college and have been a part of the org for more than a year now. I have seen the growth potential in the majority of them who work here. It's a great place to work.

* Nice opportunities
* Work-life balance
* Amazing senior management
The team members and the manager are very supportive and helpful.
Cons: Every employee might have their opinion about any org, but personally, I don't see a con working here.
