Process
The first round involves just a manager and an engineer. They conduct a resume deep dive and ask questions about full-stack development, debugging, Selenium, the RLHF process, and how one deems AI responses as true. There is not much difference from other interviews.
There are then two to three more rounds, each an hour long, depending on your performance in the first hour-long round.
