I attended an off-campus interview for IBM in Chennai in 2020. It was a very good experience. The interview took two days.

On the first day, they conducted four rounds:

• Aptitude test
• Small programming test
• English test
• Puzzle-solving game

I received an email in the evening stating I had cleared all rounds and was called for the next round the following day.

The second day was an HR round only. Once you cleared all rounds on the first day, you had an 80% chance of getting selected. The HR round is very important for checking communication skills, asking about yourself, and a few technical questions. If you cleared all these rounds, the next process was document submission, which happened on the same day.
