A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, and two interviews followed. Then an offer arrived.
This was a horrible experience. I was interviewed for a full-stack developer role, but it turned out to be an SDET position. I had to reject the offer before signing the contract on my onboarding date.
This was quite dishonest and reflects no commitment to employees. I never had a manager interview, and they tried to rush my resignation from my current job to one week.
I do not recommend IBM Guadalajara.
