Software Developer Interview Experience - Gurgaon, India
Process
I interviewed at Gurgaon location. It took the whole day. The first was the coding round, the second was a F2F technical, and the third was a managerial round. After clearing all rounds, HR told me to leave for the day; she would send the mail for documents and release the offer letter the next week. But I didn't get any mail. After following up many times, she replied the profile is on hold. It happened with many of my friends... Most of the time, IBM wastes the whole day and follow-up time of candidates. Don't trust IBM until and unless you get an offer letter from them.
