I found the job on LinkedIn and submitted my résumé on the IBM jobs site.

After that, I received a phone call to validate some of my information.

Then, I started to take part in the selection process, which consisted of:

A logic test
A language proficiency test
An interview

The interview was to double-check my skills, perform a background experience check, and include another language proficiency test, this time through conversation during part of the interview to check my English.
