Pros: Many growth possibilities and offers good prepaid medical insurance for the whole family group. Other benefits would be a free birthday day.
Cons: The disadvantage I find is that if you are within a higher salary scale than the company average, they will look for positions with more responsibilities for you, even if your salary is in line with that of a senior developer. In another company, I would be earning the same or more, but here they want senior developers with junior salaries.
