The interview was easy, but I was ghosted by HR.
Many of my friends who passed the online assessment with full scores didn't get interview opportunities. Among the few who received interview calls, a bunch of us were ghosted without any further responses.

- Supportive colleagues
Cons: - Low salary for beginners. However, the salary slab gets better as you move to senior positions.

Pros: Multiple projects with many different technologies.
Cons: You need to look yourself for projects and get little help from management. The technologies you'll get to work with are usually older.

Pros: Vacation benefits. They give vacation in advance; those who can take advantage, great.
Cons: A lot of bureaucracy and mediocrity in development teams (good practices are not applied correctly).
Vacation benefits? (They give vacations in advance; in my case, I haven't been allowed to take more than 5 consecutive days off, and generally, I don't choose the dates, but rather have to wait for the priority of older employees or when work demand decreases).
