Pros: Not a single bad experience with other colleagues. IBM does a great job hiring talented and kind individuals.
Great opportunities, and not restricted to one project, making it easy to try new technologies you're generally interested in.
Very social and friendly environment. You will want to be in the office more than frequently.
Cons: Some office conditions were a tad outdated and in need of a refurbish. Even though it's an intern position, the pay should be more than what they offer.
