I applied online and was invited to complete a coding assessment. The assessment consisted of two questions with a time limit of one hour, and I successfully solved both questions (all tests passed).
However, three days later, I received a rejection for the same position without any explanation.
I find it confusing why the IBM recruitment team would send me a coding assessment if I wasn’t considered a fit for the role. Additionally, it's frustrating to be rejected after completing the assessment successfully.
I believe I deserve an explanation as to why I wasn't considered for the role, especially after meeting the assessment criteria. IBM should not waste candidates' time without providing proper feedback.
