Frequent periods of less-intense work (not on purpose—usually because of administrative overhead/blockers, but it gives employees time to take a breather).

Cons: Big "meeting culture" despite the potential for most meetings to be more effectively handled via Slack or email. Experience highly dependent on how your immediate manager or squad lead treats you, though frequent structural changes mean you probably won't be on the same team for more than two years. Below industry standard salary for tech talent at a company its size. Big and slow bureaucratic structure that treats employees like numbers and stifles growth. The right manager can insulate you from this, but it's impossible to avoid altogether.
