Flexible work hours.
Cons: Growth is slow. You'll find getting to good roles takes a lot of time, even though you are capable. Salary growth is also slow as compared to other similar companies where the work is the same but the salaries are higher.

Cons: Higher management is clueless about what projects will come their way. There's no urge to bring projects from Hursley, the parent lab for ISDL Pune.
