There are three phases in total.
The first phase is a phone screening. An interviewer asked me to introduce myself and elaborate on my project experience.
The second phase is an on-site interview. They sent me a Java quiz paper and asked me to complete it in 30 minutes. The quiz covered basic Java concepts and wasn't difficult. After the quiz, three interviewers joined me to discuss it. They then asked me to introduce myself in English and asked some questions regarding my experience.
Eventually, the department manager came in and introduced the organization to me.
For the final phase, a manager from another department interviewed with me. I also did a self-introduction and answered some behavioral questions.
